Joining TFW Thornhill in October of 2018, Charlie has gone through an amazing transformation in his first 3 months at Training for Warriors. We asked Charlie to give us some feedback on the Training for Warriors Programme and what we would say to those who are thinking of joining too.
I started TFW on the 29th of October. It had been over 10 years since I had done any kind of gym work. I felt quite apprehensive about joining TFW, but after speaking to Coach Ross I felt at ease and confident to give it a shot!
More than just a gym
I’m so glad I did, it’s much more than a gym, it’s the complete package. The coaches are all excellent and they get the maximum effort out of you on each session whilst still ensuring you are working safely to avoid injury. The nutritional advice has been 1st class and the results I have seen really speak for themselves.
TFW changes your whole lifestyle for the better. Since starting I have lost 8.2kg and went down 7.9% body fat. I have lost 3.5in from my waist and have gained 1.2kg in muscle mass!

For anyone wanting to change their lifestyle for the better, I would definitely recommend TFW Thornhill!
