What were some of your struggles with exercise before you came to TFW Thornhill?
Before joining I struggled with motivation and getting the combination of strength and cardio right.
What made you bite the bullet and start coming to TFW Thornhill?
Seeing photos of myself on holiday in my bikini, knowing I needed to lose weight and my blood pressure increasing. Also encouragement from warrior friends.
What are some of the significant results you’ve gotten since training at TFW Thornhill?
I have lost weight, I feel fitter and healthier, I have more energy and I am now eating a more balanced diet. Most importantly, I have reduced my visceral fat!
What are the top 3 tips that helped you transform?
- Eating a balanced diet…..I wasn’t eating enough protein and too many carbs.
- Work hard for that hour in the gym because it feels good after you’ve finished. Push yourself.
- It doesn’t happen overnight……stick with it.
