What were some of your struggles with exercise before you came to TFW Thornhill?

Comparing my current fitness levels to my past. I’ve tried to overcome this by forgetting the past and focusing on the now and being part of something bigger. TFW has helped me realise this.

What made you bite the bullet and start coming to TFW Thornhill?

Positive peer pressure and knowing secretly I would really enjoy it.

What are some of the significant results you’ve gotten since training at TFW Thornhill?

I really like the system. The messages make sense and I’ve recently completed my Level 1 certification and I’m keen to learn more. I like the idea of helping others to be the best they can be, be more than they can be and do more. In order to do that though I need my own goals in order 🙂

What are the top 3 tips that helped you transform?

Join Training For Warriors Thornhill

Jen joined the TFW programme 2 years ago. Since joining the main TFW programme she has trained 3-4 times per week. Over time, Jen has achieved great results by actively changing her lifestyle and habits.
