Our online programme is designed to be followed anytime, anywhere with minimal equipment or bodyweight only. No matter how fit or unfit you think you are, the training for warriors programme can work around you. All of the exercises can be modified to suit your abilities and our coaches are there with you every step of the way!
TFW Online Membership
Training for Warriors is a globally recognised training programme designed to help you lose fat, build muscle and feel good. TFW is based on a mixture of strength and metabolic training. You will have access to 5 pre-recorded sessions per week that can be done anytime and anywhere. You will also have access to 1 live session per week where you can link up with other warriors in the community.

Session Times: Monday – Friday anytime. Saturday 9am
Duration: Monthly rolling
Online Coaching includes:
- 5 pre-recorded workouts per week (Monday – Friday) and 1 live workout at 9am on Saturday morning
- A mixture of strength and metabolic training
- An online recipe manual by the TFW Coaches
- An online TFW manual
- Private Facebook group to share pictures, motivation and workout tips
- Monthly 1-2-1 video call with one of our coaches to help keep you accountable, check progress, answer any questions, help with nutrition and goal setting.
Limited Time Exclusive Feature
During the COVID-19 lockdown, anyone that signs up to our online membership will have access to all 6 of the live weekly TFW Thornhill workouts. You will also have access to the global TFW network where you can join ANY online TFW session anywhere in the world.
Before Starting the online programme one of our experienced coaches will give you a call to find out a bit more about you, what your goals are and run through how the programme works and any injuries you may have.
