TFW is a group fitness solution that helps people lose fat, build muscle and feel good! The TFW programme can be for anyone, all you need is a determination to succeed! Originally created by Martin Rooney for world class fighters nearly 20 years ago. He soon realised that you didn’t have to be a fighter to look, train and be like one. TFW is much more than a gym, it’s a lifestyle, it’s joining the familia, it’s making the right choices for you!

Whether your goal is to complete your first chin up, lose 40 kgs, beat your PR or just have fun, TFW is just what you need.

Through training, you will learn the application of proper recovery with sleep and nutrition, safe and effective technique with lifting and motivation like no other. Here at TFW Thornhill, the emphasis is put on the quality of training, learning correct technique and correcting this to achieve your goals.

Our next 8 week warrior challenge starts in the summer

Suitable for all abilities; this program will help you lose fat, build muscle and feel good. Once you have graduated, you can then continue your fitness journey with your fellow warriors on the TFW program.

8 Week Warrior challenge

The TFW 8 Week Warrior challenge is a 3 day a week group transformation program which includes: 

  • 3 workouts each week with your TFW coach and fellow Warriors

  • Daily nutrition advice

  • Warrior 20 meal ideas

  • A graduation t-shirt

  • Daily motivation stories

  • Evaluation to address any areas of immobility and fitness levels

  • Recommended prehab exercises to correct any imbalances and weaknesses

  • Body composition measurements

  • Warrior challenges

  • Before & After pictures

  • Access to the Warrior Tracker

  • Progressive programming designed to continuously get you results

  • Being a part of the familia!!

7 day kick start

Maybe you are feeling a little apprehensive about training, you’ve never lifted weights before, or you really just want to see what it’s all about before you sign up. If so, the 7 Day Kick Start is for you. 

The 7 Day kick start is a one-off payment of £14 for the week. You can train as many times as you want including all of our Hurricane and Strength sessions but you can only buy it once, so use it wisely!

28 day challenge

The TFW 28 Day Warrior challenge is a 3 day a week group transformation program which includes:
